The Classic Bronze 100 adds over 55 HD channels to the new channel lineup including History Channel HD, MTV HD, Spike HD, Travel Channel HD, USA and VH1 HD, Weather Channel HD and even ESPN and ESPN2 HD. The Classic Silver 200 package of HD channels adds 70 Dish HD channels to the existing 200 channels you already would have with this package. This includes Animal Planet HD, the Big Ten Network, Disney XD HD, Lifetime Movie Network HD, NFL Network HD and even Speed HD.

For those who want to go the extra mile, the Classic Gold 250 adds over 80 Dish HD channels to your existing lineup. This includes Biography Channel HD, Encore HD, Nat Geo HD, Science Channel HD and even Hallmark Movie Channel HD among many others.

There is of course the Platinum HD that can be added with any HD package. Right now Dish Network is offering Platinum HD Free to new subscribers (for a full year) if you add HD service to any Dish TV Classic Channel Package. This adds-up to $120 savings for you. This includes all Dish HD channels including sports networks and MGM HD and HD Net movies. Since this is in addition to your regular package, you must ask for this specifically as it is not included in any of the other Dish HD packages. These offers at $10 each per month are only available to new customers who enter into an agreement with Dish Network as stated on the website.

When ordering your Dish HD, you will have to apply for service. This will include giving permission for a credit check to see how much of a deposit you will be required to pay. You will be asked about an installation time for your satellite dish to be installed, where someone over the age of 18 will be home in order for the programming of your receiver to be completed. Without the receiver being programmed, you will have no service. If you have no cable outlets in the home for the satellite cables to run through, please tell the customer service representative this information as they must ready the installation personnel to the need for installation. Your installation expert will help you decide the best place for your dish to be installed, depending on the area you reside in. Depending on work required, your installation can be done in an hour or less. Once installation is complete you can sit back and watch all of your new Dish HD channels on the new lineup that you purchased.
